By contacting us and agreeing for a free account review you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

You are responsible for the security of your account(s) at all times and will control access to it, you can terminate our access at any time by changing your password or by de-linking your account from our adwords pro interface.

We do not accept any liability for anything that should happen to your account however it occurs once you have given us access to it or as a result of any changes you make based on the report and suggestions we give you, we undertake only look at the account, we will not make any changes whatsoever to the account structure or it's content, keywords, bids etc. the only action we will undertake within the account without your express authority which will leave any trace of us being there is to use adwords reports to provide data to work from for your free report.

Once we have appraised your account and given you our report and suggestions you are under no obligation to us in any way, there is no charge at this or any time for the appraisal, report or suggestions.

Should you wish us to implement the changes we suggest then we will give you a fixed price for this and you will be required to agree to our standard pay per click management contract for the duration of the work we undertake for you.


We will not sell, rent, share or in any other way disperse your data, we will not keep a copy of your account or make use of the data within it in any way whatsoever at any time.

Depending on the size and spend of the account we may generate less or more detailed reports as we see fit.

We adopt a "no hassle" approach and so will not seek to schedule a personal appointment or presentation to discuss the results of the appraisal, we will give you our report with suggestions and offer to implement them for a one off fee or as part of pay per click management an ongoing basis but you are totally free to decline this offer, we will never ask for payment for the health check report.

We will appraise accounts in a timely manner but as this is a free service it will not take precedence over our existing paid client work so at times there may be a delay in looking at your account as we will not rush account reviews due to the fact you may act on our recommendation and whilst as a term of using this service you agree that we cannot be held liable for any negative outcome; we are morally invested in providing our best service at all times, we hope you will understand this and give us a couple of days before following up a review request.
